Amazed by the results.

At the beginning of the year I brought inside my long haired feral who was living in my garage. I wasn’t convinced it was going to work out as both my husband and my son are highly allergic to cats. I was aware of the LIveClear product but wanted to feed wet food, which is when I read about egg powder from chicken raised around cats. I can’t say I wasn’t skeptical because I certainly was. But amazingly it actually works,

Still haven’t gotten order

Been waiting months. No product or update

Cats like. Order fulfillment and shipping took an extensive amount of time.

Been over a month, first order still hasn't shipped

I placed my first initial subscription order on June 27th, I didn't hear anything about the order and contacted customer service on July 16th where they responded July 19th and apologized and were kind. But it is now July 28th, I was charged for my second subscription order with no word about my first order. Tried calling their number and was sent to voicemail. I don't know what to do because I really want to try this product as I've heard great things but they don't seem to be a dependable company.

Great Product But Shipping Time Is Frustrating

The product has worked wonders and is priced well but 4-6 weeks for the product to ship is a really long time. I understand they are having machinery problems and hope they can fix it soon as I want to be able to keep purchasing.

What ingredients are in the supplement?

Simply chicken eggs exposed to cat allergens and our proprietary sugar blend. No fillers or preservatives. 

When will my package arrive after placing the order?

Please Note:

Orders will be shipped within 4-6 weeks after the date the order is placed. Due to heat-related machinery outages we’re currently experiencing, we cannot expedite the shipping process for one-time or subscription orders. 
While not 100% guaranteed to receive an adequately-timed delivery or prevent running out of product between monthly supply, we strongly recommend customers place their order at least 4-6 weeks in advance of when they expect to need the product delivered. 

When you purchase our product, you will receive an initial confirmation via email that your order was placed and received. After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your order’s tracking information, including the package’s tracking number.

How can I access and make edits to my monthly subscription service purchase?

Customers who have purchased a monthly subscription service can access and edit their account to make changes, including cancellations, pausing monthly order(s), and/or skipping receiving monthly order(s). The link to a customer’s subscription portal is found within the initial confirmation email when your subscription service is purchased. While we are in the process of creating a ‘Subscription Portal’ page on our website, please email us directly at customerservice@safelinepet.com to receive the link to your customer portal to access and make edits to your subscription.

How long does it take to feel a reduction in my allergy symptoms?

After around 3 weeks of daily feeding to your cat, you may start to feel relief from your cat allergy symptoms. 

What are the directions for feeding my cat the supplement?

Feed it to your cat once a day everyday. Add one scoop (one teaspoon) of the powder supplement into your cat’s wet or dry food and mix thoroughly. Add a little bit of water to the dry food if the powder supplement is not adhering. For kittens under 10 months old, mix in a half scoop (1/2 teaspoon) to their wet/dry food. 

Is SaFeline pet’s food topper safe for my cat?

Yes, our product is safe for cats. It's an all-natural, simple formula made with eggs, sugar, and D-mannose (a natural sugar made from cranberries). That's it. No preservatives. No fillers. 100% natural.

How much sugar is in the product?

The sugar is added to protect the allergen-neutralizing proteins in the eggs through the freeze drying process. There is less than 1 gram of sugar in each jar. The sugar is added to protect the proteins in the egg from becoming de-natured during the freeze-drying process. 3% is the recommended sugar limit in a cat's daily diet. Our sugar amount is below this limit while still remaining effective.

What safety and health measures are included in your manufacturing process?

Our farms and operations are based out of Dayton and Roanoke, Virginia. Both co-owners have professional experience in the food service industry and follow all Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP), Virginia Department of Health (VDH), and Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines. SaFeline pet and our farmers follow biosecurity measures, including, but not limited to, sanitizing utensils before/after use, using stainless steel surfaces and materials, wearing PPE, and minimizing cross-contamination.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not ship outside of the USA.
