Submit a video testimonial and be entered into a Drawing to win one of THREE $50 gift cards to SAFELINE pet 

Heres How It Works.

1. Record a video. 

Record a video of yourself or voice over a video of your cat. Using your own voice answer one of the questions available in the Prompt section below. 

2. Upload video to google Form.

We have created a google form to submit your videos. Simply sign in to google, click the link at the bottom of this paragraph, and upload your video. We will be using this email to send the winners their prize.

3. Wait for the winners to be announced. 

Everyone who submits a video to the google form between Jan 3rd, and March 3rd @11:59pm will be entered into a chance to win one of 3 $50 SAFELINE Pet gift cards. The Email addresses used when submitting your video to the google form will be entered onto a wheel in a randomized format and spun 3 times upon the completion of the contest on March 3rd and winners will be notified via email.

Rules

1. Video responses must be at least 15 Seconds long 

2. Videos must contain a voiceover with a human voice, No AI voices. 

3. Videos must be shot in a room with adequate lighting, and nothing obscene or graphic in the shot or in the background. 

4. Videos must contain a subject. Subjects include: yourself, or your cat. 

5 No Profanity or nudity. 

6. Video does not have to be a direct response to a prompt it can be your own personal testimonial but it must be about SAFELINE Pet. 

7. Videos must be submitted before 11:59pm on March 3rd.
