I placed my first initial subscription order on June 27th, I didn't hear anything about the order and contacted customer service on July 16th where they responded July 19th and apologized and were kind. But it is now July 28th, I was charged for my second subscription order with no word about my first order. Tried calling their number and was sent to voicemail. I don't know what to do because I really want to try this product as I've heard great things but they don't seem to be a dependable company.
The product has worked wonders and is priced well but 4-6 weeks for the product to ship is a really long time. I understand they are having machinery problems and hope they can fix it soon as I want to be able to keep purchasing.
this is my second order -- I have 3 cats, and originally purchased to keep house guests and (most importantly) my house sitter comfortable when staying here. I ramped them up over the course of a month prior to going out of town for 5 days, and asked my house sitter to keep feeding it while she was here.
I asked her after that trip if she noticed a difference and she said, "Normally my face and eyes get super itchy, but that didn't happen this time! I was able to pet and cuddle them so much"
5-star product, reasonably priced (cheaper than the cat food that's out there!), but bummed that it's been tough to keep in stock.
When I discovered this product I didn’t initially subscribe because frankly I was skeptical. However, it has made a WORLD of difference for my family members who are super allergic to cats. I unfortunately waited until I ran out before ordering more, and then they began having shipping delays. When I reached out to them they responded promptly and let me know the reason behind the delays. They sent an extra container with my order to make up for the delay, but now they have updated on the website to order at least a month in advance. Honestly I think it’s worth it, if you plan and stock up this product then the delay isn’t a big deal. This is a small business and I believe it is worth supporting! My cat LOVES having his little treat of a scoop of this powder with some wet food, he demands it around the same time every day haha. His coat also is noticeably shinier!
